We provide culturally and appropriate structured bilingual seminars and workshops that assist individuals and families to understand and recognize cultural differences. We provide seminars and workshops in such topics as: financial literacy, access to technologies, legal issues workshops, education resources workshops.
We provide the Russian speaking community with guidance and referral services. We can refer questions about services and resources available for community members to providers in the region in order to assist our clients in improving their lives.

We assist individuals and families in obtaining personal care services, housing, transportation, enrolling in programs for seniors and nursing homes, help to access resources on medical, legal, financial matters, Supplemental Security Income advocacy, and help with access to utilities and food assistance programs available in the region.
We provide culturally oriented translation services to Russian, Ukrainian, Armenian, Moldovian, Baltics and other language groups. Our multilingual translators have the knowledge and resources to translate materials and to interpret healthcare, court, immigration and other documents from agencies.
